The Critical Minerals Strategy is being developed by the NT Government as part of a broader Minerals Development Strategy. Through the Resourcing the Territory initiative, the NT Government is supporting exploration associated with critical mineral development. An industry led Mineral Development Taskforce was established in 2022.
