Today the Northern Territory Government released the ‘Climate Change Response: Towards 2050’, which provides a policy framework for the Government’s strategic management of climate change risks and opportunities.
The Response identifies four key objectives to inform future actions and guide development of mitigation and adaptation strategies:
(i) Achieve net zero emissions
(ii) Build a resilient Territory
(iii) Unlock opportunities
(iv) Inform and involve
